Exclusive Italian Tours (a Best Tuscan Tours, L.L.C. division) was founded in 2000 as Best Tuscan Tours, LLC by former Wall Street Executive Dominick Cerisano. After a decade long career on Wall Street this Italian American transplant decided to give up his business suit for a bicycle. With five bikes and operating out of his sister’s garage, he started Best Tuscan Tours, LLC with the dream of offering visiting tourists the best, most authentic cycling excursions in Tuscany. Fast forward, after more than a decade, Best Tuscan Tours has evolved into Exclusive Italian Tours one of Italy’s top luxury full service boutique touring specialist.

Handling the day-to-day, Donatella is literally the glue that holds EIT operations together. With an exceptionally high standard of service, Donatella ensures that each guest experience is as memorable as it is personal.

Nicola Morelli has spent a lifetime connected to the Mediterranean, developing an early passion for the sea that ultimately shaped his career in yachting, serving as a senior member of a leading Italian shipyard, representing luxury yachts across Europe and the Middle East. Today, Nicola is a yacht broker specializing in both sales and charter, known for his meticulous attention to detail and refined understanding of quality. With extensive knowledge of Mediterranean cruising regions—including Italy, Greece, Croatia, France, and Spain—and strong multilingual skills, he works closely with an international clientele to curate tailored yacht purchases and charter experiences defined by precision, trust, and exceptional service.
